Why Spain?
Spain has many attractions for both, permanent living or holiday breaks
The south East Region of Spain enjoys 300 days or more of sunshine per year, low rainfall and average winter temperatures of around 18 degrees. According to the world health organisation Spain has one the world’s healthiest climates in which to live. So if you do not like the cold, cloudy and gloomy days Spain could be for you.
Spain has become a vibrant place to stay with all modern amenities and services never very far away, shopping centres, schools, hospitals, sports facilities, golf courses, airports etc. The modern road networks make travelling by car easy, usually without congestion. If you’re looking for town life, village life, or peaceful isolation there’s plenty to choose from. The communication systems are very good with phones, satellite, wireless and land line internet.
The Spanish way of life is undoubtedly much slower and relaxed. There’s always something to celebrate fiestas, holidays and carnivals. The people are family orientated and always socialising together, the young and the aged. This is refreshing and needs to be seen to be appreciated
Cost of living is far less than in the UK you do not need any where as much money to obtain the same standard of living.
Being able to spend so much time outside all year round is a big bonus for most of us.
With our competitive air links Spain can be accessed quickly and inexpensively
Example - A typical family of 4 travelling to Spain
in the school holidays, summer
or Christmas period for 2 weeks including
car hire.
Costs
approximately £560.00
Out of school holidays these costs can be considerably lower with many low cost airlines competing for business.
All in all Spain has lots to offer, something for everyone. After all several million people have made the move, can they all be wrong!
