Question - How does the visit work?

Answer - Visits are normally for 3 nights and 4 days

Each visit is run on a one to one basis. You will not be part of a large group visiting areas and viewing property that is in appropriate. One of our experienced friendly consultants will meet with you at the airport and take care of you for the duration of you visit. All our consultants live in Spain and have good local knowledge and will be able to help you in many ways.

Question - Are we under any pressure to purchase?

Answer - No we guarantee at no time you will be pressured in any way. Our success is built on helping you to find the right area, location and property, we believe you will know when you have found the right property.

Question - Where do we stay on our visit?

Answer - As our guests we provide good hotel accommodation for 3 nights on a bed and breakfast basis.

Question - Where do we eat?

Answer - During the daytime and evenings we will eat in local restaurants. Whilst in the company of your consultant, all your food and beverages are included, please enjoy our hospitality

Question - What will I see

Answer - During the 4 day visit your consultant will show you the areas and all the properties you have expressed an interest in from our web site and brochure.

Anything else you would like to see just ask and we will be able to help. You may wish to re- visit a property or area no problem.

Question - Will we have enough time to view all of the properties?

Answer - Yes is the answer - our consultants are very experienced and it is important to us that you able to view all the possible properties, thus enabling you to make the decision to purchase or not.

Question - Does our visit have to be for 3 nights and 4 days?

Answer - No this is the norm. We are more than happy to arrange the visit to suit your requirements shorter and longer visits can be arranged.

Question - Can I view Resale and New properties on the same trip?

Answer - Yes is the answer. We will show any property you would like to view.

Question - How much notice do we need to arrange a visit

Answer - We can arrange any visit at short notice, within just a few days. If you are looking at resale and some new properties it makes sense to look sooner than later as the best properties always sell fast.

Question - If we find the right property how do we pay?

Answer - Our Payment terms are fully explained here

Question - We will feel obligated if we arrange a visit.

Answer - Your only obligation to us is to be genuinely looking for a property and nothing more. There is no catch. In short you visit Spain hassle free at our expense. If you find the right property and purchase that's great for you and us. If you do not find the right property then its unfortunate, however you will have experienced our company procedures and will recommend us to others.
